- 7:00 pm – Catered Dinner at the home of Elia Diaz-Yaeger (address will be sent once RSVP’s have been collected)
Friday, December 8th
Dress Attire: Business Casual
- 9:30 am – 10:00 am – Breakfast (hosted by Jones Walker)
- 10:00 am – 5:00 pm – Board Meeting at Jones Walker (201 St Charles Ave, New Orleans, LA 70170)
- 5:30 pm – Cocktail Hour at Jones Walker (201 St Charles Ave, New Orleans, LA 70170)
- 7:30 pm – Dinner at Bourbon House (hosted by Prudential)
Saturday, December 9th
Dress Attire: Casual/Ugly holiday sweater competition
Board members are encouraged to create and wear their ugliest holiday sweater. Extra points for creativity!
- 9:30 am – 10:00 am – Breakfast (hosted by Jones Walker)
- 10:00 am – 2:30 pm – Board Meeting at Jones Walker (201 St Charles Ave, New Orleans, LA 70170)
- 7:30 pm – Dinner at Tableau (individuals pay)
- 10:00 pm – Jazz Reception Party at La Maison on Frenchman Street (hosted by Lugenbuhl, Wheaton, Peck, Rankin & Hubbard)
