In partnership with the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), the leading organization that trains corporate directors, we are once again hosting the HNBA/NACD Corporate Board Training Program at our 2017 HNBA Annual Convention in Kansas City, MO. This half day, high-level training focuses on the complex oversight challenges that boards face, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, financial competency, executive compensation, communication strategies and the demand for greater transparency. As part of our strategic goal to increase the number of Latinos serving on corporate boards, the HNBA and NACD are proudly subsidizing this Program so that members can receive this critical training for only $350.00 per person, an 82.5% discount off of the normal course price of $2000.00.

- Active HNBA Membership
- Payment for Registration for the 2017 Annual Convention
- Payment for the Corporate Board Training Fee $350.00 (if selected)
- Completion of the Corporate Board Training application
