EXHIBITOR APPLICATION

Please fill out the application to exhibit and submit payment by August 23, 2017. Exhibit space is limited.

Pricing
Commercial – $3500                            Government/Non-Profit – $2500

Each exhibitor is purchasing one exhibit booth. The fee includes: one 6′ draped table with two chairs, one wastebasket, and (1) Exhibitor-Only registration to the Annual Convention. Exhibit booths will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis.

NOTE: An Exhibitor-Only registration includes all of Thursday and Friday convention activities (including gala). These registrations are to be used by individuals staffing the exhibit booth. You may purchase additional registrations for purposes of staffing your booth for $150 which excludes all other convention activities. If you are interested in additional registrations inclusive of all convention activities, they are available at the full price and subject to an HNBA membership requirement.
