The Successful Art of Lawyering: 
This track offers diverse and thought-provoking speakers presenting practical and insightful tips for a well-rounded career.  Lawyers must use skills they never learned in law school as they face a more competitive and demanding practice. This track will offer lawyers the tools to help them present like a business executive and develop business. The track includes careers in technology and, of course, stress management. This track will include an Ethics CLE.

Litigation/Advocacy:
This track offers CLEs about lawyering in our technology revolution. Given our past experiences in litigation and advocacy, what tools should be in a lawyer’s toolbox? For lawyers in Big Law, small firms or solo practice, whether public or private sector, these CLEs will help sharpen skills in this new era.

Specialties Track: 
This track covers CLEs to help us “think outside the box.” Offerings will navigate the toughest issues facing the legal profession.  From negotiating licensing agreements to the “must-dos” when conducting an internal investigation and everything in between, this track will offer the latest from legal experts in all different fields of law.

Note: As the person submitting this form, you are automatically the “moderator,” and if chosen, responsible for coordinating and submitting the CLE packets for accreditation.
