2019 Annual Convention



Online registration for the 2019 HNBA/VIA Annual Convention will close Sept. 25, 2019.


The HNBA/VIA is offering first come, first serve table seating for attendees* this year. We urge you to arrive early with your group to select a table. The HNBA/VIA will not be responsible for seating people together. If you have questions, please contact Erika Lopeztello, HNBA Director of Operations, at

*With the exception of HNBA/VIA’s Strategic Sponsors as well as Platinum and Gold level Sponsors.

DRESS CODE: Black tie attire for Gala.

REGISTRATION POLICY: Please note that you are not considered registered until registration payment is received. Payment must be sent no later than 2 weeks from submitting this registration. If we do not receive payment in 2 weeks, your registration will be removed and you will no longer be considered as “registered” at that specific rate.

REFUND POLICY: Requests for refunds for your registration must be received in writing (75% of total registration will be refunded to cover administration fees). Any requests received between August 25-31 will be subject to a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted thereafter.
