The 2020 HNBA/VIA 5th Annual Law Student and Young Lawyer Speed Mentoring Program will take place during the 2020 HNBA/VIA Corporate Counsel Conference & Annual Convention.
HOW IT WORKS
Concept: The 5th Annual Law Student and Young Lawyer Speed Mentoring Program is the HNBA’s signature mentorship program. The goal is to provide law students and young lawyers an opportunity to meet with experienced attorneys to obtain career guidance and advice.
Description: The Mentoring program will strive to provide law students and young lawyers a unique opportunity to network with experienced attorneys in various fields. Unlike prior years where mentees could interact with numerous mentors, the program this year will focus on small group interactions between 2-3 mentees and a mentor.
Format: On September 15, 2020 from 12:00 – 1:30 ET, the Speed Mentoring Program will begin with a virtual reception for all participants. After the reception, mentor and mentees will break up into small groups in virtual rooms to facilitate mentoring in a virtual setting.
