• Hot Button Issues for Corporate Counsel: Explore emerging trends and their implications for general counsel and their in-house legal teams in the U.S. and around the world.  This track will focus on recent developments in technology, public relations crisis management, anti-corruption regulations, privacy and cybersecurity issues, corporate governance, employment and human resources, attorney-client privilege in a digital world, intellectual property, and much more.
• Solo/Small Firm Practitioners – Roadmap for Success:  Regardless of your firm’s size, this track will share strategies to ensure success and growth of your firm.  This track will include branding, business development and perfecting your pitch, seizing opportunities in new practice areas, maximizing investment areas, adapting to and implementing new technology, development of productive and creative processes, law firm recruitment and hiring, risk management, and succession planning.   
• Art of Successful Lawyering – Tips for Success in Self-Care:  Take your career to new heights by taking care of yourself.  This track will address techniques for self-care, personal branding, achieving work-life balance, mindful lawyering, alternative careers, career mapping, integrative lawyering, and more – all of which will help you approach the practice of law holistically and become a happier, healthier, more successful lawyer in the process.
