The hotel’s reservation department has completed the transfer all guests reservations from the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse pass to the Arizona Biltmore. This included keeping the same dates, rates, and comparable room type.

If you have not received your new confirmation from the Arizona Biltmore, please contact the reservations department at 1-800-950-0086.

If you did not book within the group block, the hotel will not move your existing reservation as they will be unaware of your affiliation with the HNBA/VIA.  In that case, you will need to call the Sheraton to cancel your reservation and make a new reservation at the Biltmore.

OVERFLOW HOTEL

The HNBA/VIA CCC2020 room block at the Arizona Biltmore is sold out on nights of March 19-21. If you need to make a reservation over those particular nights, the HNBA/VIA has secured a small block of rooms (March 19-21 only) at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore (1.6 miles away from the Arizona Biltmore) . A courtesy shuttle is available to guests between both hotels.

Please note that the Nightly Resort Service Charge of $29.00 that generates on your confirmation letter is waived for Conference Attendees. An early departure fee of one night’s room and tax will apply if an attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date.

NOTE: This is the last day to make hotel reservations and receive the group rate. The HNBA/VIA room block can sell out prior to this date. Once the block is sold out, room rates cannot be guaranteed.

LAW STUDENT RATE
