The 2021 HNBA/VIA 6th Annual Law Student and Young Lawyer Speed Mentoring Program will take place during the 2021 HNBA/VIA Annual Convention.
HOW IT WORKS
Concept: The 6th Annual Law Student and Young Lawyer Speed Mentoring Program is the HNBA’s signature mentorship program, sponsored by MetLife. The goal is to provide law students and young lawyers an opportunity to meet with experienced attorneys to obtain career guidance and advice.
Description: The Mentoring program will strive to provide law students and young lawyers a unique opportunity to network with experienced attorneys in various fields. The program this year will focus on small group interactions between 2-3 mentees and a mentor for 15 minutes, followed by rotation of the mentor to another group.
Format: On September 28, 2021 from 4:00 – 5:30 ET, the Speed Mentoring Program will begin with a virtual reception for all participants. After the reception, mentor and mentees will break up into small groups in virtual rooms to facilitate mentoring in a virtual setting.
