HOW TO APPLY
Up to thirty Hispanic law students from law schools across the country are chosen to participate in the HNBA/VIA Intellectual Property Law Institute, with airfare, lodging and meals covered. Candidates are selected to participate in this immersive summer program through a highly competitive process.
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A rising 2L or 3L;
- Have a demonstrated interest in intellectual property or tech law as potential practice areas; and
- Must be in good standing at an ABA accredited law school pursuing a Juris Doctor.
