IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Guest visiting the DC office of Reed Smith must complete our Visitor Declaration Form prior to arriving. We ask that the declaration form is completed at least 24 hours in advance.
In addition, we ask that they submit proof of vaccination in advance of their visit or upon arrival. Proof of vaccination sent in advance should be sent to Rebekah Queen, DC Human Resources Manager. If you are more comfortable presenting proof of vaccination once you arrive, the receptionist on duty will review.
