POLICIES AND CODE OF CONDUCT
REGISTRATION POLICY:
Please note that you are not considered registered until registration payment is received. Payment must be sent no later than 2 weeks from submitting this registration. If we do not receive payment in 2 weeks, your registration will be removed and you will no longer be considered as “registered” at that specific rate.

COVID-19 POLICY (Vaccinations or Proof of Negative COVID Rapid or PCR Test Required for In-Person Attendance):
Vaccinations or Proof of Negative COVID Rapid or PCR Test Required for In-Person Attendance
The HNBA/VIA will require all in-person AC2022 participants to either be fully vaccinated and boosted against the COVID-19 virus OR provide proof of a negative COVID rapid or PCR test taken no earlier than 72 hours prior to arrival at AC2022. Please refer to the HNBA/VIA COVID-19 Participation Policy & Waiver HERE.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
Requests for refunds/cancellations for your registration must be received in writing (75% of total registration will be refunded to cover administration fees). Any requests received between August 1-31 will be subject to a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted thereafter.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Thank you for your support of HNBA/VIA. In order to streamline operations and better serve our communities nationwide, HNBA/VIA accepts electronic payments only. If paying by credit card is not an option for you, please access your registration statement found in your confirmation email and contact Erika Lopez-Tello at elopeztello@hnba.com to discuss other payment options. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to serve you better.

All substitutions must be submitted in writing to Erika Lopeztello at elopeztello@hnba.com.

By registering for the Convention, you agree to HNBA/VIA’s cancellation policy and grant HNBA/VIA the right to photograph, film, and use your likeness and voice in HNBA/VIA related publicity and advertising.
