HNBA BY-LAWS AND GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE

The By-Laws and Governance Committee focuses on ensuring adherence to HNBA resolutions and policies and maintaining and preserving important HNBA records and documents. The Executive Director is a non-voting member of the Committee.
