15TH CORPORATE CONNECTIONS PROGRAM
Corporate Connections and Speed Networking is an annual HNBA/VIA initiative at the Corporate Counsel Conference, aimed at fostering meaningful business relationships between top corporate law departments, federal agencies, and Hispanic legal professionals. Through focused networking, in-house counsel and agencies with hiring authority connect with outside counsel in areas of identified need. Law departments also leverage the program as a cost-effective recruitment tool to discover and place highly qualified Hispanic attorneys in internal roles, advancing representation and enriching the legal profession.
HOW IT WORKS
Concept: The 15th Annual Corporate Connections Program is one of the HNBA/VIA’s signature professional and business development initiatives. To advance our mission to enrich and diversify the legal profession, the Program is designed to promote meaningful business relationships between America’s leading corporate law departments, as well as federal agencies, and Hispanic outside counsel.
Description: This focused and intimate networking opportunity allows in-house counsel and government agencies with hiring authority to identify diverse outside counsel in practice areas where the legal department has an identified need.
Format: The first hour consists of one-on-one meetings (15 minutes each) between legal departments and their selected participants. The second hour consists of a networking reception that is open to all Program participants.

Potential Outside Counsel Work Opportunities
Eligibility:
- Active HNBA members with 6 or more years of legal experience practicing law;
- Must be registered participants of the 2026 HNBA/VIA Corporate Counsel Conference;
- In addition, the applicant’s law firm’s level of support must be at the Amigo level or higher*.
To Register for the Corporate Connections Program:
1. Confirm HNBA membership and CCC2026 registration.
- You will be prompted to enter your member credentials or to become a member on the HNBA membership portal.
- If you are registered for the CCC2026, you will see the link that will allow you to proceed to complete the Outside Counsel Corporate Connections registration form. If you do not see a link to proceed to the registration form, you must register for the CCC2026 before having access to the registration form.
- Complete the outside counsel form {Note: once you confirm membership, sponsorship, and registration, you will be able to complete the registration form).
