HNBA Elections

2025-2026 HNBA BOARD OF GOVERNORS ELECTION SLATE

The HNBA Nominations Committee has reviewed and advanced the following candidates to stand for election to the offices specified below, in accordance with Article XI, Section 4, of the HNBA Bylaws, adopted by the HNBA Board of Governors on November 4, 2024. Candidates elected will serve on the Board during the 2025-2026 Association year. For more information about the HNBA elections process, please review the 2025-2026 Elections Guidelines here.

Except as provided below with respect to the position of President-Elect, the 2025-2026 HNBA Elections is open to all eligible members in good standing according to the HNBA Bylaws. All members deemed eligible by the June 30, 2025 deadline will receive a ballot via e-mail. Ballots will be sent to the electronic address in eligible members’ profiles. The HNBA is not responsible for any missing or incorrect information provided in member profiles. If you have any questions, please contact elections@hnba.com.

Elections PAge

Key Dates:

  • May 31: HNBA issues the Call for Nominations, along with the Self-Nomination Form and Questionnaire.
  • June 30: Deadline for candidates to submit their Self-Nomination Forms and Questionnaires to the Nominations Committee.
  • June 30: Deadline for Regular members to pay dues and be in good standing to be eligible to vote.
  • July 15: Ballots for Officer and Regional President positions (excluding President-Elect) will be issued electronically.
  • July 26: Voting concludes.
  • August 9: Publication of the 2025-2026 HNBA Board of Governors election results.
