The HNBA is proud to announce the formation of the Special Committee on PODER, dedicated to ensuring the continued excellence, sustainability, and impact of the HNBA’s prestigious PODER program, aimed at developing the General Counsel talent pipeline.
The Committee will focus on:
✅ Program Review: Evaluating the effectiveness of PODER to ensure it meets its objectives.
✅ Guidelines Development: Establishing comprehensive governance and participation criteria.
✅ Partnerships: Aligning collaborations with the program’s mission and standards.
✅ Recommendations: Proposing improvements for long-term success.
